Job SummaryWe are seeking highly skilled and experienced automotive technicians to join our dynamic team. As a technician at J.B.A. Kia, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Vehicle Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance on Kia vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnostic Skills: Use advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and repair complex vehicle issues.
- Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide clear explanations of repair work and estimated costs.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians and service advisors to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Experience: At least one year of experience as a service technician in a dealership or repair shop.
- Certifications: ASE certification is not required but preferred. A-level qualifications in diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair are essential.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license and clean driving record necessary.
