Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at J.B.A. Infiniti. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on vehicles, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles, following dealership policies and procedures.
  • Test-drive vehicles and diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Communicate with customers and Service Advisors to ensure that all necessary services are completed.
  • Provide estimates for repairs and execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Service Technician experience required.
  • ASE Certification required.
  • A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair.
  • Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
  • Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay is commensurate with experience.
