The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal communication skills, fluency in English, and a NJ or multi-state compact RN license. A graduate of an accredited nursing school with BSN/MSN preferred, 6 months to 1 year experience in a healthcare setting is also advantageous. Additionally, BLS - AHA approved certification, ACLS within 6 months of hire, and specialty certification are required.

As a member of our surgical team, you will provide individualized patient care, education, and emotional support to patients and their families. Your duties will include performing client-centered assessments, developing personalized care plans, and administering medication utilizing BCMA. You will also demonstrate proficiency in life-saving measures, familiarize yourself with new equipment and medications, and adhere to infection prevention protocols and HIPAA regulations.
