About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified AI Research Engineer to join our team at Dell Technologies. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for conducting advanced research and development in the areas of Large Language Models, Generative AI, and Deep Learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cutting-edge research in AI and ML, with a focus on Large Language Models and Generative AI.
  • Implement and fine-tune deep learning architectures using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Optimize AI model performance and efficiency using techniques like pruning, quantization, and model compression.
  • Document research findings and contribute to technical reports, code annotations, and research repositories.
  • Participate in patent creation processes and publish empirical findings in renowned AI conferences and journals.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in AI, ML, DL, and RL, with a focus on research in AI/ML/DL technologies.
  • Extensive knowledge of deep learning, reinforcement learning, and Graph Neural Networks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting research findings and presenting at conferences.
