Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Referral Coordinator to join our team at Northeast Ohio Neighborhood. As a key member of our scheduling department, you will be responsible for coordinating referrals between our organization and hospitals and consultants.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate referrals between NEON and hospitals and consultants
  • Ensure required documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner
  • Process referrals and follow through to completion of all aspects of scheduling from all NEON sites
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • High School Diploma or Certificate of High School equivalence (GED)
  • 1-2 years of experience in referrals, medical, or health insurance
  • Working knowledge of Medical Terminology
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
