Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay applicable after 40 hours. Weekend on-call duties may be required in exceptional cases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safe practices while repairing equipment
- Utilize technology (laptops and tablets) effectively
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution systems, HVAC units, and oil-free air compressors
- Diagnose equipment failures both in the shop and at customer locations, and execute necessary repairs
- Collaborate with fellow technicians to set up and operate equipment at various sites
- Assist in mentoring junior technicians as required
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed (work orders) in a timely manner
- Support the logistics of equipment and parts pick-up and delivery
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations is preferred
- Participate in year-round company-sponsored OEM training
- Undertake additional duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ownership of tools relevant to the position
- Advanced mechanical skills and proficiency with tools
- Experience with power generators and/or commercial HVAC systems, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Ability to calculate nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, and interpret schematics
- Strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills (both verbal and written)

Education and Experience:
- High School diploma; Trade school certification is preferred
- Previous experience in equipment service, maintenance, and repair is advantageous

Physical Requirements:
- Capability to move, stand, stoop, and bend freely
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- This position is safety-sensitive, and employment offers are contingent upon passing a 10-panel drug screening.
