Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN to join our Medical Telemetry Unit at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with complex medical conditions
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor and report patient vital signs and medical conditions to the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Participate in patient education and discharge planning
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • ~ 1 year Nursing experience
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon
