About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Rexel Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in the electrical products industry.
  • Strong product knowledge and application expertise.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to drive decisions with influence.
