Webber Form Builder

At Webber, we are seeking a skilled Webber Form Builder to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for building, assembling, and setting in place forms for molding concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Construct forms for the placement of concrete and structures
2. Inspect forms during concrete placement to ensure accuracy and quality
3. Assist and direct others in stripping forms after concrete placement
4. Install miscellaneous materials in erecting concrete structures
5. Install pre-cast concrete elements
6. Prepare for slip-forming traffic rails and median barriers
7. Install permanent metal deck forms
8. Operate hand tools and power tools

Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
2. Ability to communicate effectively in English
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment with minor obstacles, including climbing ladders and inclines, operating heavy equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds
4. Heavy physical activity performing strenuous day activities of a primarily productive/technical nature
5. Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers and perceive attributes of objects and materials
6. Ability to work outdoors with exposure to changing weather conditions such as rain, sun, snow, and wind
