We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at American Health Communities. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities:- Provide personalized health care to residents, including prescribed treatments and procedures.
- Supervise and direct the day-to-day functions of nursing aides and support staff.
- Perform administrative duties, such as documenting assessments, managing inventory, and requesting supplies and equipment.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
- Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including possible overtime, shift changes, and weekends.
- Technical/other training or better in Nursing.
- Associates or better in Nursing.
- Annual performance wage increases.
- 401k retirement plan with a company match.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
