We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Imaging Specialist to join our team at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. As a key member of our non-invasive cardiology lab, you will be responsible for performing cardiac imaging and other procedures to support the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform cardiac sonographic imaging and other procedures as required
- Interact with providers to ensure accurate and timely completion of procedures
- Apply and process holter/event monitors, and perform quality assurance data collection and analysis
- Provide technical expertise and support to other technologists and staff members
- Associate degree in cardiovascular technology or equivalent experience
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer certification through ARDMS/CCI
- Basic Life Support certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
This position requires the ability to move about the department and between workstations, and to tolerate exposure to blood-borne pathogens and body fluids. The successful candidate will also be able to frequently move, lift, and/or carry medium-weight objects and materials.
