Senior Sales Director

Cornestone Construction is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive market growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, coaching and training sales team members, and analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue goals
- Coach and train sales team members to improve sales performance
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Lead regular sales trainings and events to motivate and educate the team
- Establish individual and collective goals for the sales team
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of sales concepts and principles
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proven leadership experience
- Ability to motivate and coach sales team members
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expert level sales knowledge
- Knowledge of industry-related practices and processes
- Demonstrated ability to motivate teams to achieve goals
- Appetite to learn and communicate new systems, skills, and processes
