Tax Director

At Cherry Bekaert, we are seeking a highly skilled Tax Director to lead our tax services team. As a Tax Director, you will be responsible for providing expert tax guidance to our clients, developing and implementing tax strategies, and managing a team of tax professionals.

• Lead tax services teams to deliver high-quality tax advice and guidance to clients
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax savings
• Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional tax services
• Collaborate with clients to understand their tax needs and develop tailored tax solutions
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and apply this knowledge to provide expert tax guidance to clients

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in public accounting
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Master's degree preferred
• Active CPA license
• Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to lead and develop tax staff, seniors, managers, and senior managers
