Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with financial and operational data to support our Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations. Responsibilities include managing key performance indicators, analyzing financial results, and assisting in the preparation of management reporting packages.

  • Analyze monthly financial statements and provide recommendations to senior management to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements for the organization.
  • Assist in the development of annual budgets.
  • Update and maintain monthly and quarterly forecasts.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and conduct monthly account analyses.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in reconciliations on a monthly basis.
  • Participate in month-end closing activities, including posting and reviewing journal entries.
  • Manage fixed assets and capital appropriations across multiple facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting principles.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP compliance.
