Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective care to patients in their homes
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
  • Follow the assignment sheet and service plan to ensure accurate and timely care
  • Recognize and report any changes in patient condition or safety concerns to the supervisor
Requirements
  • Eighteen years of age or older
  • CNA certificate/license with the state of Michigan
  • Active CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation with a valid state driver's license and current car insurance
  • Home health or hospice experience preferred
