Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team as a Pediatric Home Care Nurse. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical care to pediatric clients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs
Requirements
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
