About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Patent Coordinator to join our team at Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $100-125k, plus bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401K match program, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, career growth programs, and much more.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Manage client relationships by communicating with clients, conducting regular check-ins, and providing updates on patent matters.">
  • Coordinate patent filings and deadlines, including tracking due dates, scheduling meetings, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed correctly.">
  • Maintain and organize client files, including electronic and physical records, to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.">
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and other documents related to patent matters for attorney review and approval.">
  • Assist with patent docketing, monitoring upcoming deadlines, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client requests.">
  • Collaborate with patent attorneys and agents to prepare and file patent applications, responses to office actions, and other legal documents.">

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, legal studies, or paralegal studies.">
  • Previous experience in a legal or administrative role, preferably in a patent law firm.">
  • Knowledge of patent prosecution and litigation processes.">
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.">
