Patent Prosecution Specialist

As a Patent Prosecution Specialist at HR4ALL, you will play a critical role in shaping the firm's patent practice. With at least two years of patent prosecution experience, you will be responsible for reviewing invention disclosure documents and conducting invention disclosure meetings.

Our ideal candidate will have a technology background in computer science, computer engineering, and/or electrical engineering. Experience in one or more of the following technologies is required: hardware and devices, software, database technology, artificial intelligence, wireless, and image and/or signal processing.

The salary for this position is approximately $140,000 per year, which is competitive with industry standards. The location of the office is not specified, but it is strategically located to meet the needs of our clients.

Your duties will include conducting prior searches, reviewing references and analyzing patentability, drafting patent applications, and managing U.S. and foreign dockets. You will also analyze patents in connection with due diligence and/or freedom to operate analyses.

We are looking for an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of professionalism in working and engaging with demanding clients, and the ability to balance and prioritize multiple competing priorities and responsibilities.
