About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team at HearingLife. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve better hearing health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and aftercare services, including hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, and education on best practices.
  • Perform routine checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting, repairs, and cleaning.
  • Drive practice growth through sales and business development, while maintaining ethical practice standards.
  • Engage in local community outreach, including health fairs and physician relationships, to promote HearingLife's services and values.
  • Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids, devices, and accessories, and maintain a current understanding of third-party payors and payment methods.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets, working closely with your PCC and Manager to achieve clinic financial KPIs.
  • Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care and product portfolio, including conducting hearing tests and educating patients on hearing aid devices.
  • Maintain continuing education requirements based on state regulations.
  • Operate audiometric equipment and interpret results, communicating test results and proposed treatment to patients in an easily understandable manner.

Requirements
  • Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements.
  • 2+ years of hearing aid sales experience or equivalent industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.
