We are seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist who is proactive and enjoys a dynamic work environment while providing exceptional patient care alongside their Cardiac Stress Tech partner. This role allows for a consistent weekday schedule, eliminating the need for weekend, holiday shifts, or on-call duties.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional and/or perfusion cardiac studies, including image processing for physician evaluation.
  • Implement all relevant policies and procedures, including daily quality control, equipment operation, examination protocols, radiation safety, and isotope management.
  • Accurately insert I.V. catheters using aseptic techniques.
  • Administer isotopes and pharmaceuticals in accordance with national standards and company protocols.
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Ensure patient safety while delivering high-quality testing.
  • Perform daily quality control checks and calibrations on imaging equipment; complete necessary documentation.
  • Follow radiation safety policies and guidelines for handling radioactive materials.
  • Document patient test results and medical histories using electronic medical records.
  • May involve mobile operations, including transporting imaging equipment and preparing for site operations.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service consistently.
  • Travel to client locations as scheduled, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
