A prominent healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Nocturnist Anesthesiologist to provide exceptional night coverage at a leading hospital in Central Pennsylvania. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a physician-led team that is recognized nationally for its commitment to quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality anesthesia services during night shifts (7 pm - 7 am) with a schedule of 7 on/7 off, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of 24 MDs, over 100 CRNAs, and six anesthesia residents to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Engage in a wide range of cases, including general anesthesia, obstetrics, gynecology, orthopedics, urology, vascular, and pediatric cases, with optional cardiac cases available.
- Participate in the education and training of residents, contributing to the future of anesthesiology.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary up to $510,000, commensurate with experience.
- Loan repayment assistance of up to $150,000 and relocation support.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including retirement plans (401k, 403b, and 457).
- Additional compensation for extra shifts worked during off weeks.
