Join Our Team as an Additive Manufacturing Technician

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain laser powder bed fusion machines and related equipment to produce high-quality propulsion components.
  • Plan and execute builds based on program priority, ensuring timely delivery of components.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, working closely with engineers and technicians to resolve complex manufacturing issues.
  • Perform post-processing activities, including powder removal, support removal, and part finishing.
  • Ensure machine changeovers are completed with high quality and according to standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a trade skill, including machining, inspection, mechanics, or welding.
  • Demonstrated hands-on ability, with a project that showcases your skills in building or rebuilding complex machinery or mechanical systems.
  • Desire to perform hands-on work and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
  • Experience in 3D printing, with a focus on metal laser powder bed fusion systems and equipment.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and maintain physical activity for extended periods.
