Job Title: Learning and Development Manager

At Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center, we are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our Human Resources Department. This key role will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs, driving change management initiatives, and evaluating current development programs to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Chief People Officer to develop and execute initiatives that support our mission and values.
  • Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas where organizational development efforts can support strategic objectives.
  • Design and facilitate organizational development programs, including leadership development, team building, and change management initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development efforts and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Employee Engagement:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and morale.
  • Design and execute employee engagement surveys and analyze results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with department leaders to address employee feedback and implement action plans to increase engagement.
  • Plan and execute employee recognition programs and events to celebrate achievements and promote a positive work environment.
Talent Development:
  • Collaborate with HR and department leaders to design and implement talent development programs, including training and career development initiatives.
  • Identify high-potential employees and create individualized development plans to support their growth and career advancement.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to enhance performance and foster professional growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in organizational development, learning and development or related field required, preferably in a healthcare or non-profit setting.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing organizational development and employee engagement initiatives required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $87,294 - $110,825 annualized, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid leave benefits, Flexible Spending Accounts, retirement plans with an Employer match, tuition reimbursement, and more.
