Nursing Care Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Nursing Care Specialist to join our team at The Waters of New Castle. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual needs and care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other activities of daily living.
  • Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to supervisors.
  • Assist with administering medications and treatments as directed by licensed nursing staff.
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in accordance with state laws.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings.

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
