We are seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist to oversee the management of commercial loans. This role involves a variety of servicing tasks throughout the loan lifecycle, including the initiation of new loans, addressing borrower inquiries, updating systems for loan modifications, and calculating payoffs.
Work Arrangement:
This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence at least three times a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage servicing functions throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Interpret servicing agreements, regulations, and loan documentation to ensure compliance with servicing standards.
- Monitor servicing triggers to maintain adherence to loan structures and requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting internal clients and borrowers in resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Evaluate current processes and propose operational enhancements to boost productivity and service quality.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Loan Mortgage Servicing or Investor Reporting.
- Proficient in analyzing and interpreting loan terms and financial information.
- Comprehensive understanding of loan terms, complex documentation, servicing agreements, and related functions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of staff and management.
- Ability to thrive in a customer-focused team environment, showcasing leadership, professionalism, multitasking, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with loan servicing systems (e.g., McCracken/Strategy).
