Job Overview

Easy Ice LLC is expanding and is in search of a Field Service Technician. In this position, you will independently manage the cleaning, upkeep, troubleshooting, and installation of ice machines. Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair, maintain, and install ice machines according to Easy Ice standards, ensuring timely completion with no callbacks.
  • Identify errors or technical issues and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare timely and detailed service reports for each job performed, including digital images and descriptions of issues to facilitate future problem resolution.
  • Occasionally procure parts, supplies, and materials as needed in the field.
  • Safely operate and maintain the company vehicle in accordance with established policies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC/Refrigeration.
  • Willingness to work a full-time schedule, including overtime as necessary.
  • Must have a clean driving record; drug testing and background checks are mandatory.
  • Possession of necessary hand tools; specialty tools will be provided by the company.
  • Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Demonstrates organization, energy, self-motivation, and reliability.
Physical Requirements:
  • Capability to safely raise, lower, climb, and balance on ladders.
  • Comfortable working at elevated heights, including rooftops.
  • Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and using hands to manipulate tools and parts.
  • Occasional lifting and/or moving of items up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours daily).
  • Exposure to varying noise levels, including loud environments.
