Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales and Community Developer to join our team at StretchLab - Cherry Hills. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for driving new membership sales, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our services to the local community.

About the Role: The successful candidate will have excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving business growth. You will work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, and promote our services to the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new membership sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Promote our services to the local community through events and marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and manage client relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, including greeting and checking-in clients and prospects.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
