OBGYN Physician

Job Summary: Prime Healthcare is seeking an Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN) to join our team of medical professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to women relating to pregnancy or childbirth, as well as treating, testing, diagnosing, and monitoring diseases and conditions affecting women's health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Comprehensive Care: Provide care and treatment to women during prenatal, natal, and postnatal periods, ensuring a safe and healthy experience for all patients.
• Disease Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose, treat, and monitor diseases, disorders, and conditions affecting women's health, using evidence-based practices and standardized procedures.
• Prescription and Medication Management: Prescribe appropriate medications to treat patients in accordance with standardized procedures and company policy, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
• Screening and Examination: Perform pap smears, pelvic and breast exams, and other necessary screenings to detect and prevent diseases and conditions.
• Post-Partum Care: Conduct mood and emotional well-being assessments during post-partum appointments, providing support and guidance to new mothers.
• Collaboration and Consultation: Collaborate and consult with other medical and non-medical personnel to ensure comprehensive care and effective patient outcomes.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on the importance of treatment plans, communicate side effects and risks of medications prescribed, and provide guidance on disease prevention and reproductive health.
• Documentation and Communication: Demonstrate effective and detailed written documentation skills, ensuring accurate and timely communication with patients and healthcare teams.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and communication with patients, ensuring a positive and respectful experience.
• Project Management: Able to multitask and manage assigned projects and tasks as directed, prioritizing patient care and well-being.
