Job Summary: The Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN) is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality medical care to women relating to pregnancy or childbirth. This role involves treating, testing, diagnosing, and monitoring diseases and providing general care to women.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care and treatment to women during prenatal, natal, and postnatal periods.
  • Diagnose, treat, and monitor diseases, disorders, and conditions, and prescribe appropriate medications in accordance with standardized procedures and company policy.
  • Perform routine exams, including pap smears, pelvic and breast exams, and conduct mood and emotional well-being assessments during post-partum appointments.
  • Collaborate and consult with other medical and non-medical personnel to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Effectively monitor patients' progress throughout treatment plans and care, and provide continuous improvement on patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients on the importance of treatment plans, communicate side effects and risks of medications prescribed, and educate patients on disease prevention and reproductive health.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills, and provide detailed written documentation of patient care.
  • Conduct routine check-up appointments and maintain follow-up throughout patients' care.
