About the Position:

The Health Information Services Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of medical records. This role involves analyzing medical records, verifying and routing incomplete documents, and scanning paper records into our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysis of Medical Records: Ensure the completeness and accuracy of electronic medical records.
  • Scanning of Medical Records: Scan paper records into the EHR system and ensure quality.
  • Other Duties: Handle phone inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and facilitate the release of medical information for authorized requests.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Experience in Health Information Management, medical office, or related field.
  • Customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
