Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining plastic injection molding machines, ensuring high-quality production and meeting production standards.

Responsibilities:

* Set up, monitor, and operate plastic injection molding machines
* Monitor parts for quality and identify and address problems as needed
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for mold, machine, and material handling equipment
* Start production runs, check parts for quality, and document process changes
* Perform preventative maintenance tasks and troubleshoot processing problems
* Operate forklifts, hoists, and hand tools safely and efficiently
* Package finished product when signed off on

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED preferred
* Experience with molding machines, mold change-outs, and hydraulics
* Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues
* Ability to lift up to 40lbs and be on your feet all day
* Solid communication skills and a positive attitude
