About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Bethesda Health, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality nursing interventions that cater to the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess resident conditions and develop effective care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Administer medication and treatments safely and efficiently
  • Document all assessments and interventions accurately and timely
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education from an accredited school of nursing resulting in a LPN license
  • Current LPN license in the state where you will be working
  • CPR and AED certification or willingness to obtain within six months
  • IV certification or willingness to obtain within six months
  • Long-term care experience is preferred but not mandatory
