About the Role:

Fairfield Property Management is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to fill the position of Part-Time Housekeeper. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for transforming vacant apartment units into welcoming homes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare vacant apartments for move-ins
  • Clean offices, corporate units, and models
  • Clean bathrooms, laundry rooms, and fitness centers
  • Pick up trash on grounds
  • Perform painting and caulking tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Six months to one year of related experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good time management and organizational skills
