Housekeeping Professional

Fairfield Property Management is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team.

• Clean and prepare vacant apartment units for new residents.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of offices, corporate units, and models.
• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of bathrooms, laundry rooms, and fitness centers.
• Pick up trash and maintain the grounds.
• Perform painting and caulking tasks as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months to one year of related experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment as required.
