About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Architect to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a Software Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software solutions that meet the needs of our clients
  • Develop and implement effective solutions by developing long-term cloud adoption strategies, cybersecurity, and digital engineering integration
  • Architect products, strategies, process improvements, establish specifications and drive engineering discipline through the use of digital engineering automation
  • Use the latest tools, such as Came, GitLab, Jira or Confluence, M&S to design an effective solutions architecture for various clients
  • Lead the building of the solution architecture into tangible software releases, cloud migrations, process improvements, and technical innovation using an Agile Digital Engineering process

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in software architecture and software design
  • Experience interfacing with clients and government
  • Ability to lead and support RFPs in an IAC MAC environment
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in CyberSecurity or Computer Science
  • Security+ Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in MBSE/DE
  • Experience with the Go programming language
  • Knowledge of Architecture and Design Patterns
  • Ability to write whitepapers

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154, annualized USD. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
