We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Specialist in Internal Medicine/General Medicine to join our team at Sapphire Technologies. As a Medical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to our patients, including prevention, vaccination, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care for acutely ill patients and chronically ill patients, including those in Disease Management Programs (DMPs)
- Work closely with neighboring practices and nursing homes to provide holistic care
- Participate in palliative care consultation services and geriatric care
Requirements:
- Medical Specialist degree in Internal Medicine/General Medicine
- Interest in palliative care and geriatric care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
- Full-time or part-time, permanent employment
- 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
