As the Senior Architectural Project Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive design and execution of projects from inception to completion. This role demands a unique combination of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities to ensure the successful realization of our clients' visionary projects.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • A Master's Degree in Architecture is required.
  • Registration with SACAP is preferred.
  • Demonstrated design, execution, and problem-solving skills on complex projects.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in multidisciplinary team environments.
  • A commitment to remaining updated on the latest architectural technologies, materials, and sustainable practices.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for project development and documentation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Strong digital modeling skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
