About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team at Fairfield Mankato. This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and clean stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
  • Restock supplies, replace linens, and replenish amenities according to hotel procedures.
  • Deep clean guest rooms, including tasks such as changing air filters, cleaning AC coils, and touching up paint or furniture.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in hotel operations preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
