As a Clinical Faculty member, you will have the opportunity to work with a group of experienced nephrologists and be associated with a well-respected, academic health system.
About the Role
We are seeking a candidate with a strong commitment to clinical excellence and teaching. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and experience working across disciplines. As a Clinical Faculty member, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, teaching and mentoring students and residents, and contributing to the development of our nephrology program.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care to patients with kidney disease
- Teach and mentor students and residents in the nephrology program
- Contribute to the development of our nephrology program through research and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
Requirements
- MD or equivalent degree
- Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine and Nephrology
- Commitment to clinical excellence and teaching
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience working across disciplines
