What You'll Do:
  • Be a Positive Vibes Ambassador, bringing energy, focus, and a passion for learning to the workplace, inspiring others to do the same.
  • Provide exceptional Customer Service, assisting customers with transactions and memberships, and ensuring they leave with a smile on their face.
  • Foster clear and inspiring communication within your team, building a culture of transparency and accountability.

  • Become a Car Wash Expert, helping customers choose the ideal wash, membership, or wash book that fits their needs.
  • Tackle customer and employee issues with speed and care, always aiming for the best possible outcome.
  • Safely guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel like a pro, ensuring a smooth and safe experience every time.
  • Ensure our stores are always fully staffed by collaborating on recruitment, promotions, and team development.

  • Leadership Mojo - proven experience in staff development and leading teams of 3-10 direct reports for 1-3 years, with a mix of hourly and salaried employees from entry to mid-level.

We have various positions available, including Car Wash Attendant, Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, General Manager, Maintenance Technician, and Area Director. Applicants must be 18 years or older to be considered for this role.
