Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at the Commonwealth of Virginia. As a Dialysis Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with patients, their families, physicians, and other healthcare team members.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct care to patients with complex medical conditions
Implement treatment plans and manage patient care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Participate in performance improvement activities and adhere to clinical documentation guidelines
Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and evidence-based practices
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
1 year of relevant experience
Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification
Physical Demands
Standing for prolonged periods
Frequent traveling
Ability to lift/push/pull 20 - 50lbs
Exposure to chemicals, blood/body fluids, and infectious disease
