Nurse Care Specialist

As a Registered Nurse with Saber Healthcare Group, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assess residents' needs, develop individualized care plans, and administer nursing care. You will also supervise nursing assistants and other personnel to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants
- Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff
