As a key member of the PNC Bank Corp. team, the Internal Audit Manager will oversee and lead internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, and efficiency of operations. This role requires close collaboration with internal clients at all levels to develop and implement audit plans that meet regulatory requirements and promote business excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
- Lead and manage audit teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of audit results.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize audit objectives and develop audit plans that meet regulatory requirements.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and the audit committee.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure the audit program remains relevant and effective.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of internal audit principles, risk management, and regulatory requirements. A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CISA) are required. The candidate should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
