Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of rental staff to provide excellent customer service

  • Participate in leadership forums to provide feedback and input on store performance and continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; business training or education preferred
  • 1-3 years of rental supervisor experience; ski industry experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, multitask, and manage multiple customers
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
