Key Responsibilities:


As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Stretch Zone. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting all members and guests to foster relationships that promote member growth and retention.
  • Driving membership sales within the studio and ensuring financial accountability across all operational areas.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in alignment with studio revenue goals.

Fostering a Positive Sales Environment:

Your role will involve enhancing the positive sales culture at Stretch Zone. We believe in the effectiveness of our product and its benefits for everyone, making it our duty to share this offering widely. Building a positive sales culture is a collective effort, and everyone is expected to contribute to this foundational aspect of Stretch Zone.

Success in this position will be measured by:

  • Maintaining excellent organizational skills and managing time efficiently.
  • Demonstrating a keen understanding of studio performance metrics and actively tracking progress.
  • Providing exceptional customer service that makes every guest feel valued.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members in a dynamic and engaging environment.
