About the Position

Mavis Tire Supply is seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Gulf Breeze, FL area.

Job Responsibilities
  • Inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services on customers' vehicles.
  • Perform undercar repairs, including brakes, struts and shocks.
  • Complete state-mandated inspections.
  • Change oil and filters, check fluids, replace worn parts, and dismount, mount, rotate and balance tires.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Extensive tool box of personal tools used in performing undercar repairs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • State inspection license(s).
  • ASE Certifications in Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1), Suspension and Steering (A4), and Brakes (A5).
