Automotive Senior Technician

Bridgestone Americas is seeking a highly skilled Senior Automotive Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, while providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of technicians towards increased customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair drivability and electrical systems
- Lead a team of technicians to achieve increased customer care and satisfaction
- Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training
- Assist fellow technicians in performing technical activities
- Valid automobile driver's license
- Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience
- A.S.E. certification in at least 3 (three) of A1-A8
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people
