The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to join our Card Analytics team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. As a Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics models to inform our valuations and risk management strategies.

This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven solutions, leveraging advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to drive business outcomes. You will have the opportunity to work with large datasets, develop predictive models, and communicate complex insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop advanced analytics models to inform valuations and risk management strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven solutions
  • Develop and implement predictive models to drive business outcomes
  • Communicate complex insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reporting
  • Continuously enhance existing processes and reporting through automation and quality control

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science
  • 3-5 years of experience in complex, data-driven problem-solving
  • Strong SQL, SAS, and Excel skills required; experience with multiple types of relational databases and BI tools/platforms is a plus
  • Innovative and capable of developing a highly analytical approach to solving problems
