Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train a team of cleaning professionals to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are met
  • Conduct daily inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a cleaning or facilities management role
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders and walk on rooftops
  • Reliable transportation required
