We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Elite Staffing Company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interface: You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inbound calls, making outbound calls, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Case Management: You will work on e-vouchers, vendor switches, and cases from sales force, ensuring that all customer requests are processed efficiently and effectively.
- Task Execution: You will perform routine tasks that require minimal judgment, following detailed instructions and guidelines to ensure accuracy and quality.
Requirements:
- Experience: You should have prior experience working in a call center environment, with a strong background in customer service and communication.
- Skills: You should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Work Schedule:
We are looking for a flexible team member who can work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. You should be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as needed.
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position, with most work being done from home. However, you will be required to work from our office on occasion, and should be able to commute to our location as needed.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
